what is a good first cycle with this gear

Sus250
Test Prop
Winnie tabs......

For a first cycle most guys would use...
Sust 500mg weeks 1-10
Prop 100mg EOD weeks 7-12
Winny 25mg day weeks 7-12
Im not sure when to start clomd with Sust b/c it has so many different esters in it. I would think starting clomid in week 13 would be fine.
What are your stats and goals for this cycle. Maybe there would be some better things you could use depending on what your goals are.

your plan looks ok jenson but in wks 7-10 that means almost a gram of test.heres somthing a little suitable
wk 1-10 sus 500 mg wk
wk 7-13 winny 50 mg ed
wk 11-13 prop 75-100 mg ed
clomid 3 days out

4 plates laid out a good one. I'd do it the same.

Good post 4plates I wasnt thinking about how much test he would already be getting. I think this cycle that 4plates laid out would give you good results since it is only your first.

the way 4plates has it you will still have like 1000-1200mg of test in you during those last three weeks. if you are doing sust, you dont need to add prop, but if you really want to add prop, then add it like 50mg EOD for weeks 1-13, but then stil that raises your test levels to at least 750-800 a week, so it is best just not to add it at all. alternativly ya could run the Test Prop as a kick start to the cycle..

So running prop like weeks 1-4 , and the sust and winny as everyone has said...

with that cycle during weeks 9-13 you have no test running through your body body you will have alot of EQ in there.

week 1-10 test (of your choicee) 500mg
week-1-10 EQ 400mg
week 9-13 winny 50mg ED

Just letting you know Mikey the reason why JetBlack also changed the winny from 7-10 to 9-13... The test will take 2-3 weeks to get out of ur body (depending on whether it be Enan, cyp or whatever) Prop ofcourse is out much much quicker... where as winny will be out of your system i believe about 3 days after the last lot, so if you start the clomid at week 14, the test, Eq and Winny have all left the system at the same time, otherwise you would of been taking clomid while the Test and Eq was still in ur system

Ok i gotcha, but what ever my cycle says is all i have so i don;t have enough to run winny for 6 weeks and i can;'t run test prop for more than 8 weeks, so with my origninal cycle how would u strucutre it.....
