hi guys, im farely new to this "profession". I guess I am still a beginner. I am 19 yrs old and I have only done a few cycles...my first cycle was one i wish i could forget..picked up fake/dirty sust 250 amps and got sick for 2 weeks with thrush...after about a year off I decided to go back and did a 5wk 500mg/wk enanthate cycle and then did a 5week 600 mg/wk EQcycle back to back and had great gains..not so much in weight but in strength and LEAN MASS..after 2-3 months off i had then got back into it with new 50mg dbol tabs mon-fri 5 weeks while running another 10week EQcycle..didn't see very good gains with the EQ alone. i am now taking time off and doing nolvadex and jus sticking wit the leucine glutamine, protein multivitamimn etc etc working out 4-5 days a week still eating like a animal trying to bulk up...i am trying to find out now what would be a great cycle now to do to really bulk up..I am a 6ft 190pounds. i eat 5meals a day and it is stil hard for me to gain weight..i was considering running prop/deca together..im gunna take the PCT serious this time and start it 2 weeks before my last shot..i kno to do test with deca i read it lowers your natural test levels so i feel pretty comfortable on that note but i just want to make sure i have the rite idea to bulk up huge..i would like to gain 15-20 pounds next cycle..
how long should i run it? wat not to eat? protein amino acids at the same time? PCT?? rite test??
