course of d,bol sus and deca

startin the above course just checkin if its better to take d,bol al together in the mornin or throughout the day , i have read about its life and so on however there are differing opinions on this ,,, which is the most conclusve ..iwas thinkin maybe spread on non workout days and maybe al together aboutthree hours before workouts . also regarding the deca and sus am i better to take all my deca one day and sus maybe two or three days ater or split the dose and inject both together ... i am takin 400 deca and 2 by 250 sus

how much Dbol are you taking??

just take sust 250 and deca 200 like every monday and thursday.

im not a Dbol user but most will agree 35-40 ED Dbol for 4 weeks is nice
200mgs deca on Monday 200mgs on Thursday
250 sust on monday and thursday as well
or you could do sust on tue and friday :P
You could mix the Deca and Sust to lessen the Sust Pain

takn 30 mgs of d.bol .. 6 tabs ..how important is it to kep carbs up on this course as i find the fat gain is up there with the muscle gain

i would suggest taking 1 tab every 4 hours, except take 2 before you work out. as far as the carbs yes you need them they will make you grow. and fat gain is going to happen if you are serious about gaining muscle you will have to get some fat with it, but dont worry the fat can easily come off after your cycle. dont stop eating cus you think you are getting fat cus then you waont gain muscle either. to help keep off fat try to eat as clean as possible but make sure the food keeps going in your mouth. Split the d-bol dosage up over the course of the day.Keep the protein high and carbs but bro you should be thinking about your diet before you cycle.
Run the d-bol at 30mg for 5 weeks and mix the dec with the sust its easier
