    Hi new and need some help with dbol and test stack

    Hey i'm planning to take dbol and test , I will find out how the cycle will go and etc later on.

    What right now i'm needing help with is where can I order it online, and what to do after the cycle to keep my gains and make sure there are no mishappenings.

    Ok, what I am going to tell you, you prob won't like..... I would recommend you get your BF% to at the LEAST, 15%. Second, PCT is very important, and you should really start studying the stickies and threads on here about it. Last, but very much not the least, Diet..... what does it look like? Throw up a normal days diet for you, and if you can, show your macros.

    It doesn't matter how much gear you use, if you Diet sucks, don't plan on reaching any of your goals.

    I get around 4k calories a day, 200 gs of protein.
    Probably around 50-75 gs of fat and no idea on the carbs.
    I might just order and save for later use as I research more.

    Well, no one can stop you from ordering or using any gear.... but if you only take one thing from what I say, let it be this...... Like I said, get a great Diet going, with a steady workout routine, try to get your BF% lower than 15% before you even consider using any gear.

    I'll be the one to tell you this. 99% of the sites out there will sell you fake gear if they deliver anything. Nobody will hand out sources so no luck there either. If you are set on using AAS then you'll find a way. Until then, get that diet on track brother.

    this screams you dont know nutrition. if you knew how many calories came from pro/carb/fat then you would know exactly how many carbs you were getting. this is very important.
    200*4 = 800 calories from protien which is 20%
    75*9 = 675 calories from fat which is 17%
    I let you figure out how many carbs your getting but I'll tell you its way too high. how many meals are you getting this in?
