    How do you take Arimidex and Winnie tabs?

    Hey bros, any specific instructions on how and when to take Arimidex abd Winnie tabs?

    I.e. before workout? Before or with meal? Morning/night?

    Winnie I take half in the morning and Half later in the day...Arim I take when I remember LOL...

    winny does not aromatize so arimidex is not needed if thats all your taking. otherwise i'm not too sure if it really matters much at what time in the day you take them for optimal bang for your buck.

    I'm not taking Arimidex for whinnie, but for test. cyp. Winnie is only one of the three :-)

    i do hear a lot of people taken it as half in morning and half at night... ME<------ personally would take the whole 50mg before my workout. I got an advise like that from one of the memberes and tried it and it kicked ass. but it was with the 50mg dbol. good luck
