    clen and T3 cycling

How long can you run clen and T3 cycles for? I read a good thread link posted by one-eight-nine saying you don't want to run clen for more than 3 weeks b/c of down regulation of the receptors. So then you go 3 weeks on, then equal amount of time off...and then reapet? But how many cycles of 3 weeks on 3 weeks off can you do with proper diet and training?

I am 6'3" and 230 lbs. and 13% BF and am looking to drop 5% or more BF. Is 1 hr weight training and 1 cardio each day, 6 days a week on a proper cutting diet with clen and T3 a good way to lose that BF% ?

Please give suggestions and or personal experience

PT- ok so go 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off, but could i run this on/ of cycle for say 3 months straight? How effective is a Clen / T3 cycle with clean diet and hardcore cardio if im 13% BF could i drop 1-2% on that first cycle?

no, you run t3 throughout the cycle, but you have to be careful cause t3 can cause you to become catabolic

it can make you turn catabolic (wich is not good if you do not know already)
so you must have a very good diet and and a strick timming hold on your eating times.
it is supposed to be the 2nd best fat burning combo on the planet!

Thanks skinnykenney and phate. I've going to have my girl try the t3 for a cycle and see how well it works. She's used clen before with outstanding results.
