Hi everyone. First post here and know very little about steroids. Hoping someone may be able to save me a little research time. Basically I play Football (soccer at quite a high level). I'm 6'1 and 159 pounds. Very skinny but also pretty fast. I'm looking simply to bulk up. Add possibly a stone in muscle fairly quickly which I'm thinking would be near impossible with the amount of cardiovascular exersice I do without some chemical help.
I'm not looking to bodybuild or to enhance my performance. I simply want to add some muscle without having to reduce my anaerobic training too much and remain flexible.
If anyone could suggest where to start I'd really appreciate it. I know testosterone is popular...
