Well I am not stupid in the ways of the body. I just haven't done it in so long my memory on the subject is fuzzy, needs some what of a kick start. My original plan was to use the mass building products to increase my muscle mass which would in turn help my metabolism to burn off my body fat. The only problem is I have gotten stupid in the last 9 years and have no idea how to do it ... which lead me here. I know cardio is counter productive for mass gain because it ups the acids which break down muscle ... mass also requires you to eat a lot more which is counter productive for weight loss ... so I figured if I found something that would help burn fat without the use of more than 15 minutes of cardio it would help take off the fat and keep it off and in time I could start to work more on mass again and worry less about fat. Boy, divorce has a funny way of motivating doesn't it. So ... any suggestion on my current plan? I just see no point in diet and exercise if I can't keep it off. My muscle is the only reason I don't weigh 600 lbs right now. Its been burning off my 5,000 calories a day for 9 years but the older I get and the more muscle I loose the faster fat keeps adding up. I was 225 for about 5 years but over the last 4 years I have been adding more and more.
