getting back in the game
I just started back after 2 yrs. off! I know I know.I still have some bulk and muscle but my cut is almost gone. I need to burn some fat and build more muscle. Iv been hitting it hard for about a month now and think its time for another cycle. Any suggestions on what start with? Has anything new came out?

You should probably train natural for longer than 1 month before cycling again. You dont want to get an injury from rushing things too soon.
Maybe some clen or t3 for cutting but I wouldnt use steroids that fast if I were you.

Intake of 200+ grams of protein a day between chicken,fish,and shakes.Steak at least once on the weekend. Some rice and pasta.Not to many carbs. Haven't check my BF% yet.2 yrs ago it was 10 but I'm the same weight now with alot less rip!
