    need some help

    hello everyone im new to this site but i was looking for some help my info is
    33 year ol
    6'2 230lbs

    i started working out a year ago and i went from 297lbs to 230lbs just by eating right and lifting and quite a bit of cardio i dont anywhere close to the way i wanna look i wanna build more muscle cut up anyone have any good input it be much appreciated

    Since you put forth a really vague question I can give you a really vague answer. Keep doing what you are doing, it sounds like it is working just fine and you just need more time.

    ya i tried some clen but wasnt to impressed maybe it wasnt any good now without anyone jumping down my throat would winny and clen help this should be interesting feed back remeber im knew take it easy on me lol

    just wondering, but if you had to guess your body fat, what would you say?

    im not sure what my body fat is i can still pinch the inch on the gut so im def not even close to the 12 percent body fat mark i wont lie im just looking for quicker way to get rid of it since i really busted my ass to get where i am

    Keep busting ur ass. The last few pounds will b the hardest. Diet and cardio are the most important. Do a search on t3 (cytomel )

    i did some research on t3 my question is when you come to the end of your ccle on t3 how long should i wait before starting another one
