    dumb question?

I understand that if you run a 16 week cycle/PCT that you are suppose to be off everyting for 16 weeks before you start your next. Is this correct and if so is there anyway to speed the process between cycles?

Ran a test e only cycle that I've had to cut short because of an injury and plan to run a test/deca next cycle.

Agree with Chris. Just because you were on for 16 weeks doesn't really mean you have to be off for another 16. The point of waiting between cycles is to allow your body to get back to producing its own natural test. Its important to wait until you are fully recovered before you begin another cycle.

    Hey thanks guys.

I know it was probably a mistake but I never got work done before my first cycle so how does one know when they are back to normal? Easy, I know I f'd up by not getting work done.

How long did you run test e for before you had to end it?
And i disagree with you taking test/deca together. Stick with the test e only.

DSM, I ran it for 9 weeks the plan was to go 12 but had an abdominal pull that ended up having me go into the ER. With help from people here decided to end a few weeks early because couldn't get a good lift at the gym and just wasn't healing, to me it wasn't worth causing more problems. Actually just doing daily activities is tough.
