Okay guys Im 23 5'11 and about 214 probably 15% body fat. I have 20ml of testtosteron cypionate and 10 ml of decandrol. I know some of you guys are going to say I need more stuff. But I hope i can get it at gnc, I was thinking of some water pills because of the water weight that the deca is known to make you hold. Im already taking vitamins and all of that and maintain a pretty healthy diet. Please let me know how much I should take and when I should take it. Thanks very much

Over the counter PCT stuff is crap, you will need more powerful chemicals

I have already been all over it man, Decandrol isnt on there so i dont know about that, What exactly is PCT stuff? A few things I dont understand like. How long untill you should feel effects and when I do the injection should I do them both at the same time and should I run the decandrol the same amount of time as the cypionate?

I have never heard of Decandrol. PCT is post cycle therapy, with all due respect bro, if you don't know what PCT is you haven't researched shit. read read read!!

Sure you can get steroids at GNC. Go in and ask the clerk and then let us know what they carry in your neck of the woods.

Then, grab some needles and shoot that stuff up to "get it building up" so you can get swole, huge, and ripped.

You'll be the man and definitely have all your bases covered with your current plan.

I have been working out everyday for about 4 years now and im in really good shape. I didnt know if there was something you could buy at gnc that could surfice for a pct. I dont need someone coming in here and treating me like a dumbass when I ask for a little help, so if you dont have anything productive to say than stay the hell out. Thanks Chadd

Anyway, start by getting/developing good eating habits... that's #1. #2) post your diet for critique on the Diet forum. #3) make sure you have developed and sticked to a sound workout program.
