The only times i eat carbs, are right when i get up, PWO shake, and my post workout meal, and if i am starving mid day, maybe 25g of carbs to fight the urge.....This is really the only time you need carbs.......

also, it not all about what you eat, but what you eat everything with.....
I never have fats and carbs in the same meal, i will either have a protein/fat meal, or a protein/carb meal.....this keeps your bodys metabolism up, and also helps reduce the amount of fat you store....
MY diet has changed as of today. So from now on I'm on a good diet.
Look, bodybuilding is not something that happens over night.....It is also not just a hobby, it has too be a lifestyle.....You must eat, breath, and sleepuntil it becomes second nature....This lifestyle requires discipline, propersleep, proper nutrition, proper training and most of all it takes ALOT OF TIME.......
It seems you want it to all happen at once, and if it were that easy, i would not be doing it.....
I never said I want it...NOW! I'm in no hurry, I mean I use gear to speed it up but I no it's not over night.
