1st Cycle/ Cutting/ advice please
Hey everyone i wanted to get more opinions on a friends 1st attempt on a cycle and it being for cutting. He is 28 years old, 5'10, around 210 pounds
He has 3 compounds tren Ace, sust 250, winny. I understand that sust is not really used for any cutting cycle but it was very difficult to find prop. I understand for his first cycle taking all 3 might be a little extreme. Would sust and winny alone be fine, would it be problematic just taking tren and winny. I wanted more opinions because I have never dealt with cutting cycles before. Thanks, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
also on his diet/excercise he has been going hard at the gym for solid 5 years and has a very good diet.

Thats not really good for a novice cycle from what I have read. What is his Bf%? What about PCT?

he has a higher then normal bf% from what i can tell anyways but i dont know an exact number. he has a good pct going clomi/nolva and letro while on

Then his diet is not in check as you stated. Doing a cycle without proper bf will cause more sides.

I fthats his first cycle then trust me he's going about it all wrong....tell him to join here and hang around and do some RESEARCH and READ before starting anything.

3 percent body fat he says,
his diet on a normal day is like 5 small meals consisting of fruits oats, grilled chicken, salad, and pasta meals

I am going to say it before someone else does, but I know it;s coming.
Diet is going to be the biggest dictator of cutting vs bulking. The difference is going to be calorie deficit or calorie surplus and the amount of cardio being done.
I personally would recommend straight Sust of those compounds. Test is both anobolic and androgenic , and for a first cycle, people often times have GREAT results with just 200-300mg of test a week. My thought is not to go heavy until low doses will no longer work. With nice fresh receptors, you can achieve a lot with a little hard work and some chemical assistance. Of course the biggest factor being the hard work.
I would recommend a good workout, followed by some PWO cardio for 30-45 min achieving a target HR of 140-145. (fat burning zone) Optimally, the cardio should be done in the AM before ANY food if possible. That will give you the absolute best fat burning.
The thing to remember about cutting is that cutting is not all about building muscle. It is about preserving muscle and burning off subcutaneos fat to reveal that muscle.
You should get your friend to sign up and camp in the diet section. For cutting, that is where he needs to be. If you so not know how to eat, all you are doing is hopelessly pumping chemicals through your body hoping for a result.

whats a good place to get the bf% tested, like at the gym would they do it there. or one of those machines at gmc haha

AND as a side note, the tren and winny is not a good combination. There are some great cutting cycles out there, but he would be running 3-4 compounds. Definately not beginner material. RUn straight test, note the effects on the body. the build from there.

he did some online thing i dont know how accurate it is but it says 27.7 BF% could be wrong I dont know.

Would you say Test E would be better to run then sust250 then if that is the case of running test alone

If he is 27%, he needs to find the steroid guy at the gym. . . .FAST
Then run like hell in the other direction. . .WAY too high for someone to run a cycle. That is f-ing insane hight. That is enough fat for three people.

haha god dam hey he did it on some website maybe its far from accurate he really doesnt look fat i wouldnt call him that and i am shallow haha
