SO.. After about 1-2 months of research..
and all the gear for my First Cycle, and some tips from some great mods and
great advice from a non mod who has a thread about he should be a MOD!!!!

1-10 Test E 250mg 2x 500mg a week
12-16 Nolv/proviron
I am using 20g to pull and 25g to inject 1.5 pins 3cc
its 250mg 10cc test E bottles. So i pull to the 1 CC mark on the syringe.
on Monday morning and using another syringes on thursday night.
to come to 500mg a week.
Since i work 8-5 mon - friday. And taking vacation 18-22 and will be drinking i will not start my cycle till after that. =( im so itching to start today because i got my syringes from UPS TODAY!!! DAMN YOU GIRLFRIEND FOR MAKING ME DRiNK ()
So.. Fall semister starts aug 25 so ill start then
Typical day
mon-friday
Ill be working 8am to 5pm
Wake up at 6am.
30 minute cardio ( elliptical, easy on my knees)
6:45 1/2 to 1 cup of egg whites + fiber toast and avocado
Work from 8 till 10am
Break
Another Meal
1-2 Cans of tuna on Toast and 2 Glasses of 8oz water
8oz of chicken on toast
Noon: Subway, 1 foot long, roasted chicken breast, salad, olives, onions, tomatoes, some pepper, no cheese, no mustard or manaz(spelling)
3 glasses of 8oz water
2:00
Cottage cheese , 2 glasses of 8oz water
4-5pm Protein shake 2 scoops 60g ish or protein ( and other half of subway sandwich if i didn't eat it)
Go to school
( dont know if ill be able to work out before class or have to wait till after classes when i get home)
Work out. ( who knows)
class from 6-9 or 7-10 depending on day.
Go home around 10
Meal ( chicken or steak)
WOrk out if i didnt already
And protein shake 1 scoop 32g of protein before bed
Was looking at some lean muscle diets, adding flax seed, really benefical?
Some people have rasberries why?

My work out is
Monday : Chest/ abs
Tues: Back/ calves
Wed: Cardio Abs ( or rest)
Thurs Arms/Trys Abs
Friday : Cardio/Calves ( or rest)
Sat: Shoulders/Abs
Sun: Legs
