3week var cycle with 1-2wks nolva for pct?
Olympic type athlete to trying regain some strength that was lost over competition in the season and have some faster recovery during this last training block before my peak event.Because of time and possible testing through the season this is a small window I can sneak something in. So I was going to take 75mgs of var ED for 3 weeks follwed up with 1-2 weeks of novla at 20mgs ED just to be sure my shit is back in order and keep any gains.I did this cycle
Week 1-12 var 60 mgs ed
week 4-16 test prop 60 mgs ed(210mgs)per week
week 4-19 Proviron 50mgs ed
week 16-19 vitamin E 1000iu
week 16-20 novla 40-20-20-20
in the spring with great results and havent lost much but to much comp has push my body to the limit and have lost some strength. Just looking to get my strength back up as I attack the wieghts one last time before my peak event.
Thoughts? Is 1 week enough with novla? Any suggestions? I will have 4 weeks after this short cycle for my body to cleanse.Thanks for any help.Last edited by Nottanoobathlete; 08-11-2008 at 11:24 PM.

2 weeks pct? hit it hard. nolva 40mg, clomid 25mg, proviron 50mg. daily.
have you looked into halotestin ? if its strength you want its probably better.

did you read my post? the cycle posted plan was in the spring and my suggestion was 3weeks of var at 75mgs a day with novla 20mgs ed for 1-2weeks pct.Because thats all time will allow. I already have var plus provirin and halo both tale longer than 4 weeks to clear.....?

you already did that cycle right?
sorry i didnt know halo and proviron stay longer than 4 weeks. i just assumed as oral dhts they would clear quickly.

why dont you tell us what you are doing, as in powerlifting, cycling, swimming, what?
if it's powerlifting you could use cheque drops for an immediate lifting boost

i will just say its a combintion of the things you have listed and its a very short and explosive sport.
I apreciate both your guys thoughts on other substances but I got an ass load of var and novla and this has to start now(or not at all).So is what I have planned optimal with the way I plan to take it? Thanks again

water polo and Im a back up synchro swimmer and man are the workouts grueling! haha!
Really I dont swim I said a combo of things not everything.If you pay attention you will easily pick my sport out at these games.My comrads were not welcomed into Bejing because of their socalled offensive behaviour.If you figure it out dont say anything as Ive been outed before and it was to close for comfort.
I'll let you guys know how this works out just as a reference in the spring I was squatting 375(to the floor)benching 315 and pulling up 340,dead lift 450 on 180-185lbs 5'9"frame.Lately 275 squat was feeling heavy and failed on 275 bench also 375 deadlift felt like 500!
