Olympic type athlete to trying regain some strength that was lost over competition in the season and have some faster recovery during this last training block before my peak event.Because of time and possible testing through the season this is a small window I can sneak something in. So I was going to take 75mgs of var ED for 3 weeks follwed up with 1-2 weeks of novla at 20mgs ED just to be sure my shit is back in order and keep any gains.I did this cycle
Week 1-12 var 60 mgs ed
week 4-16 test prop 60 mgs ed(210mgs)per week
week 4-19 Proviron 50mgs ed
week 16-19 vitamin E 1000iu
week 16-20 novla 40-20-20-20
in the spring with great results and havent lost much but to much comp has push my body to the limit and have lost some strength. Just looking to get my strength back up as I attack the wieghts one last time before my peak event.
Thoughts? Is 1 week enough with novla? Any suggestions? I will have 4 weeks after this short cycle for my body to cleanse.Thanks for any help.
