Fighter looking for the perfect stack
I am an mma fighter looking for the edge. I am 6'2 280 and need to shead fat and gain lean muscle quick. I am looking to gain endurance, strength and extream carido. I was looking into HGH as a base but Im not 100% sure what to run along with it to remain loose, and gain joint strength as well. Can you help me and lend som advise.

welcome to Ar bro...ok you're 280lbs...what is your body fat% ???..I suggest for you to do some reading on here..there are many threads on info for everything......endurance,stregnth and cardio will be best gained by doing just that...strength training and doing good cardio work...Is this your first cycle??

One8nine, are you the guy to ask about stacks for MMA performance? I am a training fighter as well and really need help from an expert... I don't want to highjack this dude's thread, anyway I can get your opinion/help? I can't seen to figure out a PM, the only option is to email you, is that cool? Do you check that?

I have never done a cycle.
I am 34
bf% 20
Diet summary: Breakfast- Protinr/Creatine shake
Lunch -salad/water/fruit
dinner-chicken breast, brown rice/wheat pasta water
workout summary: I do an MMA workout and lift at night from 5-9
Will be starting a mon wed friday split upper body and tues thursday 300 workout #1 and #2
as for : pct/estrogen control knowledge...no clue
Like I said Im not a fat out of shape guy. Ive been a wrestler fighter my whole life. Im looking to improve my build, and my cardio. I want to be ripped and be able to go many many fight rounds. I dont want a bodybuilder bulk build, I want a leaner, 300 type build.

I havent had a bf% test done in a few years. Last I checked I was at 14% a few years ago.

Im very new to this.
Halostine is used to gain strength and aggression with out mass gain or water retention. it is however liver toxic. and should be used at 40mg per day ?

Im a HWT and am 5-2 and on a 5 fight win streak winning 4 of my last 5 by tko in under 1 min. id say im pretty damb good. maybe not 20% more like 10-15 %.

Sounds like it would be good in my case. What would be good to take along with it. I understand it will be good for energy level and cardio and strength. i also would like to take something to give me that pronounced muscle look, or defination, and something to burn fat fast. My guess was: Halo
HgH with a winny, deca , test stack.
My question would be what doses and how often.

why would you add deca if you want more definition? you bloat a lot with it so that kinda goes out the door. you could use npp + prop, but nandrolone is detectable for like 18 months so it wouldn't fit well with fighting (assuming you get tested?) unless you wanna be like sean sherk.
hgh is pretty expensive, but would help burn fat. so if your set on that cycle, you could do 1-10 npp @ 75mg ed / prop 75mg ed / 4-10 winstrol 50mg ed / maybe 4iu hgh for 4 months or so

your diet is not good at all it needs a lot of work. you only get one REAL meal a day. you need 5-6 real meals a day maybe one or two shakes

some good fighting drugs are halotestin , primobolin, masteron , testosterone propionate , npp, and tren
as for the actual use of these drugs there are a few points-
-using AIs on cycle is very important, we dont need bloating or other estrogenic sides affecting our weight or speed or endurance
-short ester injectable drugs (every day injections) are much better than long ester (2x a week injects) because although the stability of blood levels wont cause much problem for the average bodybuilder it can **** up our whole fight

Ok...
I would never use winny. Too much on the joints.
Second, Deca is decectable up to 18months... TERRIBLE idea for a fighters (like myself and 189), that is unless you like being suspended for your althletic commission.
Dude, drop some BF, and rethink your training...
Hell, at 6'2, id like to see someone at that height fight at 205... Not saying there arent dudes who can pull it off, but still not ideal for HW.

I really dont think this guy walks around at 280+, and is around 10-15 BF%, and manages to make the cut to 265... Do you know who big and strong this kid would be! Bigfoot Silva size and strength. Unlikely...
And is on a 5 fight win streak with him finishing his opponents by TKO in under a minute...
He would be in Elite XC, UFC, IFL, or somethin by now...
Im callin shananagins, thats far too unrealistic, i may not know much, but i know the fight game dude....

i'm a little doubting this too. since he said last time he checked was 14%, he should be able to tell if he's fatter or thinner than that.

why wouldn't that matter? he could be fighting two weeks from now but still use test suspension. or two years from now and get away with nandrolone

Look1st of all its my ammy record. Im not looking to impress anyone with online bullshit. it really doesnt matter. I really am 6'2 and yes I cut to get down to 265. I wresteled in HS and in College.
The point here is I am looking to find the right combination to get to where I want to be.I have been doing some research on a few of these and gotten some advise from different people. I have not made up my mind what I am going to do.
one8nine seems to be the most level headed on here and seems in my opinion to be the most knowledgable on the subject.
Can you one8nine help me out on the subject. Possibly put together a cycle thay will do what I am after.
Burn fat quickly.
Build lean muscle
Build extreme cardio
Increasr energy and aggression.
What I have gathered so far is Halo and hgh for sure. What i now need is the rest of the cycle.

Can we stay on point here ?
I can change my diet at the drop of a hat. What I need is to start a program and hit the ground running. I wanna start it all at once.
As far as testing in my state goes. NONE. The only states that really Test are FL, CA, and NV. Thats for the really big shows. I know none of our pros get tested.
However I plan on fighting in some bigger shows within the next 18 months so I dont want to take something that is gonna keep me out of those.
All I am asking for is advice on what would benefit me the most.
