    How do you interact with members besides the threads

    Hey everyone. New member here and have been reading quite a bit. I have to say I really enjoy most of what I have read in the responses of PT. I have to say I would trust his opinion very much. I am looking for the right combination and have read so much and have gotten so many different opinions it is just a little overwhelming on actually what to do and where to start.
    I am 6',160lbs and maybe 16% bodyfat.
    I know that I can gain more bulk just from increasing my calories.
    I would like to do a cycle after I have worked out for six more months.
    I would also like to start off pretty moderate.
    I was thinking about Deca- Durabolin and premobolan.
    Any imput would be helpful.

    Go read everything in the diet section.

    Set up a diet. Post it up.

    Take it from there.


    Steroids should be out of the question imo, even in 6 months...

    Thanks for your input xlxbigsexyxlx.
    Will set up a diet and go from there. Going to get actual BF test done this week and measurements so I can keep track of gains.

    I doubt that you are that high body fat at 6’ 160. When I joined the Army I was 6’ 140 and 5% body fat (ran cross country). At 6’ 160 you can’t be too many shapes but tall and thin ha-ha! I agree about the diet, I think that at your weight you can easily get to 185 or so just with a good diet and training. Afterwards if you are still interested in a cycle then just do a Test E/C based cycle or something like that. I did a cycle of Deca only because I didn’t know shit and though I did bulk up I was obviously not on the right track. Just read man, I have gotten so educated on this site its crazy, but I still know very little. Reading only goes so far, these folks on here have experience and all the reading in the world can’t account for that. Good luck.

    just eat alot....then maybe do a deca/test/dbol cycle or just test alone....but other than that TRAIN AND EAT

    exactly, try increasing your calories by 40% by mostly consuming more protein and good carbs then once you gain some more weight hit up a cycle. if i were you i would go for a test/d-bol cycle for your first. you'll gain alot of muscle and your strength will go thru the roof. just make sure you get between 1.5-2 grams of protein per lb of bw

    Like was stated before, get the diet in check and keep training those 6-12 months and then, if you've truly been consistant with all of the above , you'll be ready to cycle.IMO
