hi i was wondering,ok i am about to start my first cycle of arimidex. well do i need to take something like nolvadex as well after,also i was told to take hcg,is that like human growth hormone ,because i got some of that,but i looked again and it was hcg i was told not hgh to take so what is hcg?

also a kinda different topic,im almost afraid to bring it up.ok my best friend wants to start a cycle with me,only thing is he's hiv positive,can steroids negatively affect someone like that,i thought it might be good cause hes so thin anyway,but i know its a steroid board ,and very staight guy stuff and all,but please dont say anything bad about that please,hes my best friend.im just asking cause i dont want it to make him sicker
