    Post help! dont know anything!

    hello to all. let me start off telling you my stats. i am 23 years old and i am 155 lbs. and 5 foot 11 inches tall. i am thin and i really want to put on some cut size to my whole body. i need someone that knows what they are talking about tell me what i should go with, how much i should use, with minnimal side effects, what kind of diet i should have, also i need something that i can still be able to run for long periods of time with. and also maybe a workout routine? every little bit helps. thanks.

    You should maximize your natural potential before any drug should be added. If you don't have a workout routine or a diet then you are long way from using steroids .

    Everyone is just going to tell you to read up in the diet forum man. The information is out there if you want to pull it. I guarantee that if you get a decent diet and train hard for a while you will bulk up to 175 or so with no AAS. Just read some of the newbie threads and once you think that you have a good plan on diet/training etc. post it and smart folks will give you some guidance. Good luck.

    You should go with FOOD, and alot of it. There should be very minimal side effects bud.

    Tell us a little bit about yourself as well. Tell us about your training experience, goals, etc. I know everyone that starts out wants to make quick and easy gains and thinks steroids are the answer. This guy itraylor is one smart new person. Listen to that advice

    Also why are you wanting to run a drug for an extended period??

    Umm one8nine. Those starter packs look and all but shouldn't you give him the information on more important things such as diet and training and then worry about PCT and all the other lingo. Just a thought. But those starter packs do look good.

    Yeah I know but its waaaaaay on down the list. Phates had HGH and insulin before a diet thread. I guess it could have been prioritized better because he needs to learn the 101's first. Thats just my opinion, no worries

    YAAAAA!! I'm glad, wasn't trying to step on ya'lls toes or anything just thought it was funny that when someone that doesn't know anything opens those links into all sorts of strange and confusing lingo that it would be almost discouraging. The basics are your building blocks.

    Yeah do dieting and training first, those are your foundation. With out those all the other information is not going to be utilized to the fullest extent plus it might give newbies the impression that steroids are priority over diet and training especially if there 5'10'' and under 170.
