I want to take a cycle of oral primo. Been working out for a couple of years and weight 210. Can anyone give me an idea of what a good dose? Also do you take the does once a day or split it up for twice a day. All advice is greatly welcome.

what are your stats? (age, height, weight, bf%, previous cycles, etc)

age: 38 weight: 210 body weight %: 14 Height: 6ft never taken a cycle before

Oral primo is an ok compound bro...very mild...I'd say 50mgs aday for up to 5 weeks would be fine...although the injectible I feel would be a better choice..but then that you would see decent results with about 800mgs a week.

oral you need 350mg wk but injectable you need 800mg wk? thats backwards...

Same thing I was thinking. Never tried oral (or injectable for that matter) and probably never will but if I were going to I certainly wouldn't do anything less than 100mgs ED.
