Log of my First Cycle
Stats -
ME: 23, 11%Bf, 190, 6'0 3 yrs bbing
My Friend 24, 143, 1 yr bbing
Cycle:
Deca WK 1 - 6 - 400 mg
WK 7 - 9 - 300 mg
Prop WK 1 - 5 300 mg
DBOL WK 1 - 5 45 g
proviron 1 tab ED
2 weeks out
HCG WK1 5,000 IU
WK2 10,000 IU
WK3 5,000 IU
Well guys the big day is here
me and my friend are starting this cycle, tomorrow - Friday Nov 1
and I will keep you guys posted of the results and I will also put some pics up that I am gonna take before I start.

Drop the d-bol down to 4 weeks and down to 30mgs e/d.
Keep the deca @ 400mgs a week for the entire cycle if you can.
You should be shooting prop 100mgs e/d or eod. So try to take another shot a week.
You should use clomid at the end also.

DAY 1
i took 40 mg DBOL
woke up at 4:00 and took 2 at 4
and then took one tab each of salt palmetto and milk thistle
then ate, and went to work
fuckin forgot to take my pills with me
i was so choked
but got back at 4:15 took 2 more
and then took another 2 at 6
it was my shoulder day
did 5 exercises with 4 sets each
got a good pump
took 2 more tabs when i got back
I ate at proper times and about 180 g protein (bringing upto 240g/day)
going to bed at 10:00

Day 3 Sunday
took 50 mg DBOl and my first shot ever of PROP 100mg - 1.5 ml

Day 4 Monday
Man in the morning did my injection site (right glute) EVER hurt
I just finished my chest workout - got a good pump
my glute is still in pain
I alsmot did the deca shot on the same day on the left cheek
lucky i didnt :P
but it feels good
one more thing I have noticed is that my metabolism is gone through the roof, i still watch my fat grams

50mg of dbol is too high for your first cyle... listen to mbaraso

DAY 4 - Tuesday
Man i felt so good after I checked my weight 197 pounds thats up 3 pounds from my max 194 before my cycle and 5 poudns up from 192 when i started
i did Bi's and Tri's no too heavy weight, but my strength was much better than ever before, got a great pump

Unfortunately, most of that weight is water weight.

WEEK 3
Strength gains are great.. I eat right upped my protein to 300g ED
and lowered my DBOL to 40 mg ED
weight is upto 203 lb
one question i have is.. when I urinate, sometimes i see milky substance rather than just yellow in it.. is it the serum??
anybody ever experience this before??

hey guys this is my 5th week and I've gained great strength and i am either lifting more weight or same weight in proper form (deep down reps eg squats, tricep extensions, bench etc)
my weight is upto 205 and it has stayed there for almost 2 weeks now, i seem to have a little bloating, but my abs and obliques seem in good shape.
dropped my dbol to 20 mg now
and for one week upped my PROP to 600 mg and next week i will shoot 300 mg to finish off
do you guys think i will gain more weight or this is max i am gonna get
..i am happy with where i am at now... everybody stares at me and people wonder if i am TAKING something
i tell them i am taking 8g creatine and 2g/lb protein and 40 g glutamine
and they beleive me

Just curious, it seems as though you've been changing your doses every week .. do you have a reason for that?? If you could, lay out for us what you've taken so far .. I'd like to see how much fluctuation there has been.

Deca I've kept at 400mg as planned out and this is the last week for 400 and then going down to 300 for rest of the three weeks
only fluctuation I' ve made is bringing the DBOL down
Week 5 I dropped DBOL down to 20mg, cuz I want to be safe on my liver
proviron is in place
and for one week for PROP to 600mg/week (3 * 200 ml shots)
and extended prop for another week so, this is week 6, last week for Prop
reason I changed DBOL is cuz bros out here recommended using lower dose of DBOL
great strength gains and weight is at 205 now and GREAT definition, and a slight fat, which i almost got down.
