    need help with first cycle

    me and my buddy want to start a cycle but arent sure what 2 take 2 gain some mass. im 22 i have been lifting for a little more then 3 years im 187 at 9% b/f and my diet is good.

    Welcome! This is a very good place for answering questions. Every possible question has most likely already been asked. Spend some time reading the educational threads or using the search button.

    I'll save you some time though, usually first cycle is Test only 500mg/wk.
    Do some research on this site. You'll find all the info you'll need for a first cycle and the AI/Serms, etc.

    how tall? whats a normal day look like in terms of your diet?
    what are your friends stats?

    t own
    im 5'11 my friend is 5'7 180lbs 15% b/f
    my diet is i eat about 5 meals a day
    breakfast usually eat 3 egg whites 1 whole egg 2 pieces a wheat bread or cup of oat meal and cottage cheese
    lunch chicken breast grilled and rice and salad
    dinner chicken or fish, or red meat only 2 times a week, baked potato and salad
    in between meals an apple or banana and some peanut butter or a shake
    and a shake after the gym and some grilled chicken

    i have been thinking about taking a cycle 4 the last 6 months now just trying to see what i should take

    First cycle? Easy...test only 10-12 weeks at 500mg's per week.

    proper diet/pct/training and you should have good gains.

    Your diet needs some work, the basics are there but you need to break it down a bit more. On my cycle if my diet was spot on and I would make nice gains, once my diet screwed up for a few days I notice my gains stopped.
