    Help on Injection sites

    i will be injecting 2 times per week to keep blood stable but my problem is i cnt use lower limbs, i train hard everyday and this could effeect my legs and also i could be rummbled when i get streched out by a phys.

    My question is upper body wise were is best to inject? i was thinkin tri's but the way its shown on w w w . s p o t i n j e c t i o n s . c o m isnt the same to what ive been told and also i couldnt do it like that its pure crazy!

    do delts and lats thats enough for twice a week injects some people do pecs and bi and tri, i myself will never do tri again and prob wont ever try bi. some people i know do traps but i think they have lost there mind also

    are they easy to reach dude? also u got any links that can help me on injection site for them.

    the site you listed has pics i beleive for delts and lats. i just raise one arm up in the air and then rest it on my head and reach over and poke right in the middle of my lat, not a prob at all, but i like shooting gluts, it doesnt affect my workouts and if your worryed about it do glut then work legs 3 days later

    I pin ed and I just rotate, delts, glutes, chest, bis, lats, tris, whatever im in the mood for.

    If its the first time in a new spot try a small ammount (max 1ml) and put the rest elsewhere.

    I started doing my pecs a few weeks ago and I think it's great no pain and easy to reach and see, delts are good if you can reach them I have trouble reaching across my chest to do the delt but if you brace against the door jamb that helps, I think I am going to try the biceps next week. Gluts are not possable for me I cannot see my ass for my chest so I have never tried them.

    i love my lats but its a pain in the ass to actually do
