i will be injecting 2 times per week to keep blood stable but my problem is i cnt use lower limbs, i train hard everyday and this could effeect my legs and also i could be rummbled when i get streched out by a phys.
My question is upper body wise were is best to inject? i was thinkin tri's but the way its shown on w w w . s p o t i n j e c t i o n s . c o m isnt the same to what ive been told and also i couldnt do it like that its pure crazy!
help please
