    Need inspiration and advice

    Hi guys.

    Ive just completed my 9th cycle which consisted of the following

    12 weeks 500mg test e
    10 weeks 400mg eq

    10mg nolva ed from beginning to end of cycle.

    I have ran this cycle many times before often using deca instead of eq.

    My diet is never great, dont get me wrong it isnt bad. Im taking around 400mg protein every day in shakes and food and my calories are at least 4000 each day. I also keep carbs high etc etc. (Someone may tell me this is no where near enough)

    My point is, after 10 years of hard training ive hit the dreaded plateau and just cant seem to put on quality muscle. Sure, I look ok when on cycle but I seem to lose it all when coming off. Its the same this time round. My pct consists of .50mg arimidex and 20mg nolva ed for 30 days and I still keep the protein high etc.

    My stats are

    AGE = 41YEARS
    HEIGHT. 177CM
    BF = 17%
    WEIGHT 92KGS

    I keep thinking that I need to change my cycle to stimulate additional growth. Even been thinking abouth HGH.

    Im starting to lose the drive to continue with the training because I feel im just going through the motions with AAS and only reaping benefits when im actually on cycle.

    I just need some advice on what I should do next and would be thankful of your opinions.

    Hey mate, though I can't offer you any advice on the subject as I haven't done any AAS cycle myself, however, I came across this thread doing research. I know you're not a noob, when it comes to cycling, but this might give you some pointers and a different perspective on things.

    Also, it's a bit outdated but in case you do follow some of the suggestions given on that thread, you just need to make adjustment to cycle/PCT accordingly!

    Its been my experience that keeping my cycle gains dependss greatly on following up with a strong diet and also a strong pct, training also plays a part in post cycle for me. Don't get me wrong, you'll never look as jacked "off" as "on". I incorporated clen in my pct only on workout days. It really helped.

    Thanks for that. What dosage of clen were you using and what are the real benefits

    I just wanted to chime in here a bit.... but anyone else add to what i state if i don't state all the facts..... or correct me if i'm wrong but i've used clen quite a few times so i know what it is good for.

    Clen will give you lots of energy while working out..... sometimes though, it makes me feel a bit light headed while working out but it certainly does increase your heart rate so be careful and be sure to monitor that when doing cardio.... (a while back i got my HR up to 209 yes i know very very very very stupid of me) Clen also when used 4-8 weeks straight with benadryl @ 50mg every 3rd week for 7 days will help big time with fat burn as well as keep you moving around a lot more throughout the day...... your body temp will be higher so expect to sweat more just SITTING IN THE OFFICE...... i drip sweat all the time now while on it and tren .

    Dose:
    you are supposed to ramp up the dose to build a tolerance and not **** yourself up.... I usually just start though at 100mcg's a day..... then i ramp it up and max out at 120mcg's or 140mcg's a day... I take ALL of my clen in the A.M. as it is the same as taking it 3 times daily from what i've been reading all over this forum. So clen will assist you with being able to have some increased energy and also help you burn more throughout the day each day on it.

    Yeah, ive just been reading up on the use of clen and talking to a mate of mine. Says the same thing. Im a bit weary of it now as I have a new job which involves alot of cardio which sends my heart rate sky high when im clean. I may have to stay well clear of that.

    Im still not sure what cycle to try next to bulk. Should I stick with the test and deca /eq or maybe even try HGH??? I have to say im tempted with the HGH but its so damned expensive!!!!!
