Hard area developing on R Glute

Took a shot today on the R glute, which is my favorite place to inject. Probably inject there 2x's a week. After looking and feeling the area, it seems to be a bit hard. I went to inject 1cc on test, needle went in with no problems. After I aspirate and went to inject, it was SO hard to get the test in the muscle! Think it may be scar tissue. What can I do about this, besides switching injection sites? Rub it out?

once you build up scar tissue there's nothing you can do, i would not use it again for a couple weeks and see if it heals itself

you can rub and massage and the main thing is ..LEAVE The AREA alone for awhile...look to inject elsewhere..
