Clen with Taurine

I just got my clen with a bottle of taurine 100 pills (500mg). How much of the taurine should i take with my clen?

about 4 grams a day.

i usually take around 3gs per day. with plenty of water i usaully do not have any issues with cramps.

well, if they are 500mg, then 3g would be 6 pills......
