Advice before starting Monday. Detailed Plan

Hey guys. I just got my order of T3 and Clen from Lion. I'm hoping that you guys can help me with any changes I might need to make to t3/clen cycle, diet, and workout schedule. I'll be as detailed as possible.

    Stats:
    Age:26
    Height 5'9
    Weight 210
    BF=17.5%
    Lifting Experience-Several Years

Goals-I have a pretty good base right now. I would like to maintain as much mass as possible, but I know I'm bound to lose some LBM with the addition of the T3. Main goal is to trim down. I would love to get to 8%, but my goal is 11-12% within the next 8 weeks. My diet pretty much follows what I've learned from the Milos Sarcev video "secret of the pros" so here's my sample diet.

    8:00-30 min Cardio/empty stomach

    9:00-Meal 1
    Ham Steak 4 oz. 24p/0c/3f
    2 egg whites 12p/0c/0f

    10:30-Meal 2
    Iso-pure Protein Shake 40p/0c/0f

    12:00-Meal 3
London Broil Steak 6 oz 40p/0c/6.5f

    1:30-Meal 4
    Iso-pure Protein Shake 40p/0c/0f

    3:00-Meal 5
    CHicken Breast 6.5 oz 40p/0c/3.5f

    4:30-Meal 6
Fish (Talapia or Orange Roughy) 40p/0c/2f

    6:00-Meal 7
    CHicken Breast 6.5 oz 40p/0c/3.5f

    7:30-Meal 8
Tuna Sandwich w/wheat bread and pasta 40p/50c/3f

    8:00-Workout
40 min Resistance Training and 20 min Cardio
Gatorade during workout for Simple Carbs

    9:00-Post workout shake
    Iso-pure Protein Shake 40p/0c/0f

I also eat leafy fibrous carbs throughout the entire day. At least 8 portions and I'm also taking Udo's Choice Oil (***** 3,6,9), and Multi Vitamin.

I know most of you will say I need more Carbs and if this is the case, please give an explanation. In Milos Sarcev's video he says only eat carbs when you need them. I own my own business and I pretty much sit on my @ss all day so I don't know a reason I would need them except for the complex carbs in my pre-work out meal and my simple carbs during my workout.

It totals about 356 gr of protein/55 complex carbs and whatever I'm getting out of all the vegetables and the 27 sugar carbs in my gatorade.

If it helps I'll also let you know that my workout consist of one body part per day/6 days a week. 4 exercises per body part. 3 set of 15 each.
    Mon/Legs
    Tues/Back
    Wed/Chest
    Thurs/Tri's
    Fri/Shoulders
    Sat/Bi's

    Abs are worked EOD.

This is what I was planning for the Clen/T3. I've never used either, but I used to go crazy with the ECA stacks so my body is pretty tolerant to beta-2's.

Clen: 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Dosage like this 4 cycles/8 weeks: 60/80/100/120/120/120/120/120/120/120/120/100/80/60

T3: (Starting 7 days into my clen cycle) 6 weeks total.
    40/40/60/60/80/80/100 for 26 days then 80/80/60/60/40/40/20/20/12.5/12/5

So how does this look. Please Critique and let me know. If you need anymore info...please ask! But I think I've covered it all. LOL

    Thanks for your Help!

carbs are not bad, just use low GI/GL carbs and your body will love you for it, just eat a little at eat meal, or break the meals down into pro/fat pro/carb, whatever you like

I would tell you to add some WMS or dextrose to your post workout shake

Something that jumped out at me is your consumption of 3x/daily protein shakes.

Many on this board (myself included) will tell you that REAL food can't be beat. I stay away from shakes as much as possible unless I'm REALLY trying to bulk.

You're getting roughly 25-30% of your protein from digesting LIQUID and you'll likely be starving throughout the day if you're running a deficit to begin with.

Something to think about if you aren't experiencing the results you desire.

    Best of luck.

I'll try to give it shot with more real foods. I'm so damn full already though. It's everything I can do to eat as much as I do already. I'm STUFFED. However if you guys say so...I trust your judgement. But if you read on the news about some guy in Vegas that exploded from the inside out I'm gonna tell them it was your fault!!!! LMAO!!!
