    Dieting for 2 Weeks In The Middle of Bulk

    Quite possibly a very dumb question that the answer to is mostly no, but could i shed a few lbs of fat by dieting for a few weeks, im 6 weeks into a 12 week bulk and my body fat% has increased by 2% since the start of the bulk, was wondering if i should cut back the calories and even diet till i get it back down a bit?

    Cardio ED, could look into high intensity interval training cardio(HIIT) and cut what you're eating now in half and/or carb cycling. And with that 2% gain in fat can you even SEE it? Who cares what the machines say, i personally don't trust them that much but can you see yourself getting fat?

    i definitely look a little heavier but i also look alot bigger in general, ive gained 10lbs in 5 weeks

    Well that 10lbs is definitely not all muscle so despite what roids/ais/serms or whatever you're using your probably holding a bit of water and that could be the reason for that 2% gain in bodyfat. I guess you really won't know till you're done.

    Funny guys want to get big but worry about a little fat like girls. Eat as much as you can when your bulking, put fat on makes you strong , then cut it off 3 months after cycle.

    Can't agree more, you are bulking what did you expect. I believe you are either bulking, cutting or maintaining, chose one and just realize fat comes with a bulking cycle and lose of size/muscle comes with a cutting. FYI, 2% isn't bad, and as stated above just go off of the mirror machines are always wrong.
