Body fat?
I have no way of knowing what my body fat is, I think it 12% but not sure.
At what level do u have to get before your abs start showing?
I have see how they would form, but I was wondering when do u get that ripped look?

You should be able to see your abs at 12%. They will start looking good at around <10%.

I agree that it depends on your body type. Ask a trainer at your gym or a Max muscle, they will usually check it for free.

theres bodyfat calculators on the internet. You type in different messurements like weist size, wrist circumfrence, height and it gives you a body fat percentage its not as good as calipers but its better then an in the air guess.

Just like the BMI calculators, according to those 80%+ of us are considered obese.

your body holds water that will cover ur abs to make one look less cut.
Eat less salt or dont add any to your foods, will help body from retaining water.
