what up
hey guys, just joined this site and looking for a bit of ur expert advice and opinions. I,m 25 weigh 170lbs training 3-4 days a week. Twice a week MMA training and twice at the gym.
I've just finished my pct from a 13 week cycle of test 400 and testoviron , used nolva and clomid for my pct. Got half decent gains and feel 100%.
The advice i'm after is for my next cycle which i will start in about 10 weeks time, i would appreciate any ideas of a good cycle, maybe one you have used yourself and got good results (include details of pct also please). My goal is to get to 200lbs and keep the bodyfat down. I've tried sus and deca and d-bol before. Any advice appreciated, posting a full cycle would be ideal for me. thanx .. peace

how tall are you. If your 5'10'' and over and still 170 you'll need to focus much more on your diet if your looking to be 200lbs. Have you already done 2 cycles?

hey
No i'm 5'9 dude and i'm working on my diet big time i know its a big factor. Yeah i've done 3-4 cycles in the past 4 years. My problem was losing all the gains as i was ignorant about my pct the first few cycles.

Yeah but not only PCT but it has to be your diet. You can't expect for steroids to put on muscle and then keep it without a good diet. Are you trying to compete in a certain weight class??

I,m 100% aware of the importance of diet, my diet is spot on now i've had a lot of advice on it. No i'm not trying to make any weight for a comp at the minute i just want to be bigger than i am. What i'm after is advice on a good cycle as i am goin to start again in another 10 weeks. My diet and recovery and everything else is sorted. thanx peace

Everyone says their diet is on spot, but the results will speak for themselves. One of my best friends is 5'9'' and 185 without any drugs, he does MMA as well. Whats your goals. Strength or just sheer size. If your looking into MMA I would think being stronger and smaller is more the way to go. One8nine will be able to help you more in this type of training then I

hey
yeah well i'll leave it 16 weeks to start my next cycle as the last cycle was around 11-12 with 4 weeks pct.
diet
8am: Porridge, 2 slices wholemeal toast, protein shake +2 creatine caps
11am: Tuna roll
2pm: Jacket potato and low fat cottage cheese
3pm: Protein shake + 2 creatine caps
5pm: chicken pasta dish and a high protein sandwich
7.45pm: 2 breasts of chicken + rice + salad
9pm: low fat yoghurt
11pm: 3 eggs, poached, protein shake, milk thistle 2caps
189 i checked out the mma thread, and seen ur last cycle of test, tren , masteron and anavar . Could you tell me a bit more about this cycle and how i can improve my diet?
Also i forgot to mention after my 4 weeks using nolva and clomid for pct i am taking clen 5 a day, (on two days off two days) thats been for about 2 weeks now and i'm noticing better definition and cutting bodyfat. not sure exactly wat its at (bodyfat %) right now but i'll find out 2mor.
My mma training is purely a hobby at the minute, its new to me although i have 2-3 years kickboxing background i wont be competing in mma comps for a while yet so i dont have to worry about being tested.
