    Bigger (fat) guy wants gear

    Ok, my old ladies co-workers husband has been begging me to help him out with some gear but he is fat as hell. Is there anything that I can advise him to take to get some weight off of him. He is in the gym everyday. His bench is over 500lbs BUT I'm scared he may have a f**king heart attack if I help him out with some gear. He's not flabby fat, just a big boy. Would winny help a guy like this or do I need to tell him to stay away from AAS all together. He is dead set on it so if I dont get it for him, someone else will. Advice please? Thanks, DJ.

    dude winny only helps if u have a low body fat %
    i say u give him a fat burner and stick to cardio
    aas only help if ur relatively lean
    not if ur a double bacon cheeseburger with extra cheese

    He REALLY needs to get hi BF down to 15% or really close. There is no scientific magic to that number, but it is a percentage that most agree will cause you less estrogen issues.

    YOu say his bench is 500, is he a bench builder? I know guys that their entire routine focuses around how much they can bench and that is about it.

    Anyway, I would recommend clen and a clean diet and good morning cardio. Foodadrol, that is what he needs. . .and plenty of the right kinds. I think I would be STRAIGHT up with him. Say dude, here is what you need to do BEFORE You cycle. . .explain to him that it is for his health benefits. I would refuse to score him some gear. Tell him (even if you have to lie a little) that you really like him and would really hate to see him mess himself up when his body isn't ready. Tell him you don't want to be a part of him doing something his body is not in the condition to do.

    Odds are, he will find some without you. He will come in and start telling you about it. At that point the only thing you can do is help him be as safe as possible and make sure he has some anti-e's on hand.

    Im pretty sure he is a bench builder. I believe its his genetics that made him as large as he is. He and his brother look like twin sumo wrestlers but you can tell they're fairly toned under the gut. Clen it is. I'll let him know. Thanks Bro.

    tell him to put the spoon down..

    if he will not eat anything that is processed, or white for 2 months, then you will hook him up..

    really it's the only way, he will be so impressed with what he learns about food he will be amazed..

    Clen will shut down your thyroid. Do you think this guy needs that? Wtf is wrong with learning the baiscs of food nutrition? Its easy and permenant.

    If his goal is too lose weight and bf% as clearly he needs to then yes. Nothing wrong with learning the basics of food and nutrition thats why i added he needs a clean diet in my post.

    Haha. This guy isnt earning a living because of physical performance though. I just realized you said you will be getting him steroids, id keep that on the hush. His best bet is tell him if he loses x amount of lbs, then you will set him up. Just make sure the guys got tons of AI's.

    Take this for what it's worth (i'm still new here, a steroid virgin, 41yrs old and weighed 295lbs in January of this year...massive fat not muscle lol and 20 years of eating like crap and not exercising).

    I dropped a lot of weight on a keto type diet and hit a wall at 245lbs (I'm 6'2" with a big frame, very broad shoulders).

    Not a steroid move but I started taking xenical 3 days ago with any meal I eat that is bad (as in has bad fat- even took it when i ate 2 banana's with some egg whites) and I'm making progress,, dropping weight. It's expensive but I'm liking it so far.
