Is there a more "basic" first cycle. I did review the beginer cycle and saw a grocery list of variations. Im not sure how I will be getting them as of yet so needs to be basic (maybe) what can one expect to gain on a first?

height - 5'6"
weight - 160
bf% - fairly low
diet summary - lower fat diet and meeting protien req
years lifting - off and on for a few!
cycle experience - none although I sampled primotest many years ago
pct/estrogen control knowledge= none
Goals = Moderate mass 5 to 10lbs of solid unreasonable for first?
