1. a dbol only cycle is a bad idea because you probably wont keep any gains
2. an anadrol only cycle... see above
3. an oral only cycle... see above
4. you need nolva coming off your dbol, then time on + pct = time off. so 6 week cycle, 4 week pct, 10 weeks off.
5. if you are scared of needles steroids are not for you
6. being that you are scared of needles, i assume you are not serious about lifting, which makes me think your diet sucks
7. nolva only is a terrible pct
post up your stats
age
height
weight
bf%
diet summary/# meals per day
years lifting / workout split
cycle experience
pct/estrogen control knowledge
goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...)

hahaha
stats as follows
age 24
height 1.5
weight 75 kg
been lifting for 8 years now
bf % +- 15 %
Diet 4-5 meals a day, will increase to 6-7 once started course
protein per day 1,5 grams per kg
want to gain 5-8 kg net after norm loss after cycle stop.
have hit 3 courses before (deca , sus, winstrol and test .. last course a year ago)
dont want another needle course just yet..not scared
Maybe another oral , that has permanent / semi perm gains ?
Thanks

You are somewhat missing the point, whats this about wanting an oral that gives permanant/semi gains, gains kept at the end of your cycle will be down to a good PCT course, keeping a good diet and keep training hard, this way all you should lose is what was only excess water/glycogen and a little excess fat, it's the whole that makes the results not the steroids .
PS with those stats and three cycles you are doing something seriously wrong , i'd be inclined to get your BF down, check out the diet section and get a good training program b4 even thinking about more steroids.

15%BF is too high to be thinking of doing a cycle.
