    what can i expect

    ok well taking test e 500mg/wk
    what kind of gains can i expect off of a 10 week cycle/ strength and size?

    strength gains will be between .75 and 15% of overall strength, size gains will be from 2.2 to 17lbs after pct, give or take 10%.

    I have to say its all what you put in it bro......Big said between 2.2 and 17lbs...ok well thats pretty general...it all comes down to your nutrition and training bro...aswell as supplementation...taking a compound will not be the magic formula..

    Clomid would be ok...proviron is the way to go..

    You haven't already started your cycle have you? Make sure you have EVERYTHING together before you start, including PCT

    which one is best for returning testosterone back to its normal level?

    Nolvadex and clomid not needed. Nolvadex is fine.

    will nolvadex @ 40mg/ed for 2 weeks then 20mg/2 weeks get my testosterone levels back to normal or will i need clomid

    that nolva is good but the best thing you can do is add proviron 50mg ed
