    Mass stack beginner

    Im about to make a decision on what to get and Ive lifted weights on and off for about 10 years. Ive never used steroids before but I was into weight training pretty heavy about 5years ago. Back in the day I weighed roughly 160 and now im down to 140 i guess due to a very shitty job and I married a woman that doesnt cook.

    Ive read the forum about dieting and im trying to intake roughly 3000 Cal a day pluss the protein and so on.....

    Would the Mass stack be something good to gain muscle and mass for a beginner?

    If so what else should I take... What anti-estrogen does anyone recommend and what else should I take to make this process better and safer?

    Hey bro you're really not at a point where steroids are gonna help you. Especially if you can't get the cal's in. Hook up your diet and training till you get some weight on. 5'10" and 140 lb's, trust me , you're gonna hear it from some of the guys here, and they'd be right.

    Im slowly gaining my weight back but its a slow pace. I should be up there is a few months. Im not sure but my doctor did some blood work and my thyroid maybe playing a part into my weight loss over the years... My tsh level was .41 but my doctor didnt tell me to come back or anything else. From reading here I think normal tsh is 1-2 if I remember right... Ive been trying to intake roughly 3k to 3.5k cal a day for couple weeks now and I know not to start steroids underweight. Im getting ready to start.. Im in the works on getting all my own equipment rather than going to the gym. So all this will take time which I will use to put on weight.
