Im about to make a decision on what to get and Ive lifted weights on and off for about 10 years. Ive never used steroids before but I was into weight training pretty heavy about 5years ago. Back in the day I weighed roughly 160 and now im down to 140 i guess due to a very shitty job and I married a woman that doesnt cook.
Ive read the forum about dieting and im trying to intake roughly 3000 Cal a day pluss the protein and so on.....
Would the Mass stack be something good to gain muscle and mass for a beginner?
If so what else should I take... What anti-estrogen does anyone recommend and what else should I take to make this process better and safer?
