    You can take letro only it may lower your sex drive a little while on it as you will need to use higher doses to reverse the gyno. Give it a try before opting for surgery. Let us know how it goes.

    Letro suppresses estrogen, to the order of >99% @ a fairly low dose, i believe somewhere around .5-1mg. Free test will double, or so ive heard...
