Pec/Bi Shots
Hello im gonna try pec and bi shots for the first time this week. On a npp/test cycle. With the npp i have to shoot ed or eod. So im running out of injection sites. I looked over s p o t i n j e c t i o n s.com but they dont show needle size or guage. I usually draw with a 18g and shoot with a 25g 1 for glutes. I read on the forum using the search to use a 5/8 for bicep and pec. Can i use 1 if i only go in 5/8 or is it not reccomended to try? What about the lats? what size?

ok still dont say what size to use on pecs or bis. any info guys?

25g X 5/8 is what I use for bi's. I dont do pec pins though. 22g x 1.5 for glutes. You use a 25x1 for glute pins? I bet you stand there for an hour trying to push that oil through there.

lol no it actually goes through rather quick. if its more then 2ml then yeah it takes a while. its usually just 1 though.

You should be fine with a 5/8" depending on your bf. If you have alot of fat surrounding your muscles you will need a longer pin.

ok thanks looks like ill have to order some new pins. all i have are 1"ers
I read that the delts I can go with 1" but that seems like its too much. Afraid of hitting a nerve or bone.
Guess i just need to suck it up and do it.

I use a 25x1 for pecs. I think 1 1/2" is a little too long. Never done bis so cant help ya there bro

1" is fine for the delts. Ive done it 100 times. I wouldnt recommend it for the bi's though.

I've never used 5/8 in my life. 1" for pec(but i don't do those much), and for lats, delts, quads, tri's. 1.5 for glutes. I usually just go from right glute to right quad, to left quad to left glute. Repeat. Works for me. Quads are favs as their easier to see and reach.

sweet good info thanks guys...
guess ill go delts and quads and glutes. Gonna stay away from the biceps. Might try pecs but those three should be good for now.

I use 25ga 1" for everywhere but glutes. If you don't have a lot of beef in the area just don't insert the pin all the way.
