I am currently on my third cycle. I am taking 750mg/wk of test cyp, 600 mg/wk equipoise and .25mg/ED of Arimidex . I have been on about 2 and a half weeks. I have put on about 5 lbs so far. My strength has increased tremendously. I was planning on taking anavar during the last 4 weeks of a 15 week cycle. Can I take it during the middle as I am trying to get a more defined look sooner or should I wait until the end. Will it hurt my muscle gains? I know it will cause a weight decrease due to fat loss. My stats are 6'1" and 203, approximately 12-14% BF. I would greatly appreciate any feedback.

u should've started taking it at the beginning,but it wont hurt if u take it in the middle of the cycle
it wont cause u to lose weight coz var doesnt burn fat its mainly used for strenght without bulking but u wont lose weight

When do most people run Var then? Bulk or cutting cycles? Or bridging in between cycles?

1at the beginning of a cycle
2cut coz var is a weak aas that only increases strenght with no added mass
3bridging? if u do that ur balls will eventually shut or ur body wont get back to its normal test levels

if your looking for "a more defined look" then your diet and cardio will be the deciding factor. you can take the var anytime you want but your diet is what will decide the outcome

i think 5 wks of ANAVAR is not enough.

why should it be taken at the beggining?
you need to explane your statements wen you make them mate...............
i take orals whenever i feel like it beginning middle or the end of a cycle............
certain orals d-bol drol ect are good for a jump to a cycle but you can still throw them in during a cycle.......
winny var ect are good at the end to harden your gainsd up going into pct but again can be used anytime throughout a cycle............
