    important question

    i am on a cycle of test E 400mg/wk for 10 weeks
    i started this monday, and i was wondering how can i add bulk but get toned?
    would more weight less reps monday and friday then less weight more reps on wednesday get me toned, or should i add in some clen?
    advice needed, thank you

    NO bro...its all nutrition dependent...you can do a lean bulk and eat alot of good food bro...But dont get caught up in the chemical thing...they help but nutrition is most of it.

    your training sounds ok are you doing any cadio. make sure your diet is spot on thats the key

    alright, so i mean can i still get cut and bulk up off diet and test?
    im looking to gain around 10-15 pounds with good diet and i dont want to be big with no definition

    Ye4s...again bro all depends on diet...you eat crap you'll look like that...you eat good and follow a good training regimen aswell as good cardio...you're good to go.

    we have 2 different people using my account, but i posted this question my buddy posted a few others,
    i am 23 5'8 184 bf-11 %?
    i make an 80g protein shake in the morning and at night 5 meals a day high in protein,
    first cycle
    working out for 10 years
    i know all about pct and estrogen been studying it all for 5 months now
    i plan on gaining 15 pounds or around there, i want to bulk up but be toned and ripped, i want to get faster in running also
    those are my main goals
