questions about my 1st cycle
i am 6 weeks into my fist cycle..I am talking 500mg of test enanthate in one shot once a week..for some reason i dont seem to feel them..Does this type take awhile to kick in? I have 10 weeks worth of it..I also have 6 weeks of of sustanon ..I was told to start this on week 7..Take one 250mg shot a week a few days after the test..My main concern is why im not feeling the test yet..Im 5'11 149 lbs..work out 4 days a week and eat all i can..I dont think im doing anything wrong..Someone please help!

welcome bro...the test E can take up to 5 weeks to kick in bro...But you did do something wrong...why would you start a cycle at 149lbs???..thats just not enough of a base...1st cycle Test E for 10 weeks is sufficint...no need for sus right now...right now give us stats bro...age,training history.

As well as you need to inject 250MG 2xW...
Not 500mg once a week...
150LBS is WAY to small for a cycle, and only training 4 days a week isnt enough either, well, more than likely judging from your size.
lets see those stats and diet.

22 years old..ive been working out for about a year..5'11 149 lbs..i was working out 5 days a week but i just switched it to 4 days about 2 weeks ago..monday- chest and tri's..Tues- back and bi's..weds off..Thurs-legs..Fri- shoulders..Ive always been a small guy..but i have a nice build from working out..when i lift i do about 3 to 4 sets of 8,6,and 4 reps..

if your trying to put weight on training 4 times a week is plenty war4btt.

you're doing a 2 day on 1 off and 2 on 2 off...thats real good to put on mass...i think your prob may be in your nutrition bro..

well i try to eat about 5-6 times a day..lots of protein..i take mutivitiamins in the mourning..not sure whats going wrong..maybey i need to just give it a lil more time to kick in..or try 2 shots a week of 250mg instead of one 500mg a week that that one dude was saying

I understand youre new here, but i was asking for your full diet. An example would be for you to list a normal days diet. What youre eating, and how much, i.e 6ozs of chicken, 10oz of steak, 300grms of strawberries etc... Or do you not even know?
That was me that said you NEED to inject 250mg 2xW NOT 500MG once a week.

i dont know exactly what i have everyday..but about 3 weeks ago i kept track of the amount of calories,carbs,fat and protein for about 4 days..on a normal day i consumed about 2300 calories, 40 grams of fat, 340g carbs, and about 160g of protein..i dont know if that helps at all..normaly for breakfast ill have 3 eggs 4 slices of bacon and toast..about 3 hours later ill have a sandwich..say tuna..ill use a whole can to tuna fish..slice of cheese..and some chips..before i go to the gym ill have a homemade burger w/ cheese..after the gym ill eat dinner usualy fish or chicken w/ rice and veggies..a large piece of fish or about 2 chicken breasts..then before bed ill eat left overs from dinner that day or a few days before..ill try and my my bedtime meal as large as my dinner..i also drink 3 whey protein drinks a day..a 1/2 scoop drink in the mourning..so about 20g of protein..a 2 scoop one postworkout..40g..and another 20g one before bed.. i appreciate your help

that diets weak you need more cals more fat more carbs more pro.
also your sources of meals are not the best- sandwiches, chips, burgers all gotta go

Take a look, and youll see what im talking about.
You need more protein from food, taking 3 shakes a day is a little much, you need to get the majority of your protein intake from actual food.
1) Youre not eating nearly enough
2) missing healthy fats ( fish oil, nut oils ect..), youre getting fats from trans fats, bacon, cheseburgers etc...
3) you need more complex carbs, i.e. potatoes, pastas etc...
4) You aren't weighing your food
5) 6 smaller meals throughout the day will keep you in a positive nitrogen balance.
6) You are not eating correctly, just because youre not getting fat from the things youre eating, doesnt mean you eating the correct things.
you need to be trolling the diet section
this is my diet... Keep in mind it gets expensive, but you get what you pay for! There are few things i change up now and again, but for the most part Ive been on it religiously since May. Ive gotten amazing results from it, and love everything im eating.
Meal 1:
8 egg whites
80 gram oatmeal (dry weight)
3-4 fish oil gel caps
Meal 2
8 oz chicken, turkey or beef
7.5 oz cooked sweet potato
1 table spoon olive oil
Meal 3
8 oz chicken, turkey, beef or fish
175 grams cooked barley
1 table spoon almond oil
Meal 4
Repeat meal 3 , but replace barley with 175 grams cooked lentils
Meal 5
Repeat meal # 2
Meal 6
8 oz beef or chicken or fish
300 grams strawberries/blueberries
Salad with 1 tablespoon olive oil
this is a proper diet...
read up and post a new one so i can look at that...
