i dont know exactly what i have everyday..but about 3 weeks ago i kept track of the amount of calories,carbs,fat and protein for about 4 days..on a normal day i consumed about 2300 calories, 40 grams of fat, 340g carbs, and about 160g of protein..i dont know if that helps at all..normaly for breakfast ill have 3 eggs 4 slices of bacon and toast..about 3 hours later ill have a sandwich..say tuna..ill use a whole can to tuna fish..slice of cheese..and some chips..before i go to the gym ill have a homemade burger w/ cheese..after the gym ill eat dinner usualy fish or chicken w/ rice and veggies..a large piece of fish or about 2 chicken breasts..then before bed ill eat left overs from dinner that day or a few days before..ill try and my my bedtime meal as large as my dinner..i also drink 3 whey protein drinks a day..a 1/2 scoop drink in the mourning..so about 20g of protein..a 2 scoop one postworkout..40g..and another 20g one before bed.. i appreciate your help
