Pry dont wanna hear it but Im amature MMA fighter ( but who isin't) Trained for the last two years with a long break! Im not on strict training or diet i just eat clean and get my 160 grams of protien a day. Was hitting the gym 3-4 times a week but like I said I was on a long break. (Working on custody of my boy and long hrs at work) Have been offerd pro fights but waiting on the court stuff to get over with so I can put the time in it it takes for that!
Have done Test\ deca \d-bol\ clean( all at separete times to experiment in past without proper pct only problem acne and bloat with test E but naturaly pron to Acne. And have done two separet 4 week cycle of var only No Pct again. My results go away fast, now I know why after reading lots on this site. Im gona use Pct next time! Not trying to blow up Just help on strength, endurance and replace fat weight with lean muscle weight.

Thats ok, it looks suspiciously like my cycle anyway. Im doing 50mg prop and adding var soon. Only diff is im doing arimidex .5 eod instead of .25 ed.

I find that I do put on weight when I up my protien but also look a lil bloated. Is that cuss the diets not strict? Also Im not looking to pack on weight at all, i fight 155 witch I can drop to overnight but when Im training hard Im under that witch I hope to start again in the next few monthes. Hardness, definition, strenght, endurance and fat lost. I do undrstand the biggest key for fat lose is diet tho

So of the 160gms of protein you get a day, 100 of that is from shakes?
Post up that diet dude, i bet its not nearly on par.

You dont have to get defensive, it was rhetorical...
You dont have to post it, i know its not good. It was a give away when you said On top of you being 160lb and 10%BF, thats all i needed to hear.
if these are your goals, you should know these are obtainable by diet and proper training and not gear...
You could stick to the Var for like 6-8wks as a bridge, it will help with def. and strength, but you can obtain the rest through proper diet.
Have you looked at the diet section at all?

No its all good Im here for advice to get it right. I get you tho, I know I need to get the diet in check. Sounds odd but I looked more ripped over a year ago on only 10 mg of var a day at 4 weeks than I did on 40mg a day for 4 weeks 6 months ago. My body fat may have been a % or two lower, im not sure. Im try to do things much better this time around. Figured id get the gear right then by the time I get it in I could have the diet figured out. Ive been trying to figure thing out for months. Also forgot Ive done Extream tren , hdrol and am on Mdrol and epi drol now ( I am getting bigger and harder on this stack). Ive been testing things just to see how small amounts of things affect my body without lots of changes.
All advice is appeciated!!

Then youre on the right track bro, the problem is, everyone here thinks they can obtain all their goals by the use of gear, and it just doesnt work that way. I can tell you first hand!
Take your time, get the diet and PCT down first, and then look at the gear. All the steroids in the world wont help you get what you want without proper diet and training.

Thats where you need to start!
