firstly hows the diet?
second need a few weight gainers and protein shakes that are good?
and third i want to get a bit bigger not just blow up in a week rugbys coming up whats the best stuff tablets if poss i know they get broken down before they get into your system proper but wont slightly slower effects if not lower doses any good tips or ideas would be helpfull done all my reserach just need the stuff and how much and when to take it also less sides as poss if not what can i use to prevent the sides
