    Advice needed!

    i have made the choice to start taking some gear i have been training now for 3 years i am alomost 20 i am 165 lbs and my diet is ... in breif

    oats + milk
    4 egg whites 1 egg yolk
    protein shake
    fruit
    1 cap methoxy trn

    protein bar
    fruit

    pasta
    tuna
    weight gainer
    salad

    protein shake
    baked potato
    1 cap methoxt trn

    workout

    protain shake

    chicken breast/turkey breast
    rice
    veg

    protein shake
    1 cap methoxy trn


    2 3 litres water handfull of seeds and nuts.

    = 210 - 250g protein

    firstly hows the diet?
    second need a few weight gainers and protein shakes that are good?
    and third i want to get a bit bigger not just blow up in a week rugbys coming up whats the best stuff tablets if poss i know they get broken down before they get into your system proper but wont slightly slower effects if not lower doses any good tips or ideas would be helpfull done all my reserach just need the stuff and how much and when to take it also less sides as poss if not what can i use to prevent the sides

    diet looks clean, how many cals is that?

    165? ur a light weight

    ive been stuck at 165 for some time i have increased cals upto 3000 - 3500 am 11% body fat and am 5 8" i do need some help on a cycle and pct i have decided to start

    165? This has got to be a joke.
    Mate, I'm 5'8/5'9 (18 yrs old), and I used to weigh 124lbs before I started. In about 1.5 years I bulked up to 192lbs, and 2 months later (today) I cut down to 180lb. And guess what? I did it all naturally.

    Do some research on workout + diet before you do damage to yourself. Steroids should be the last thing on your mind at this stage.

    if you havent noticed he said he has already made the decisions of using gear. with that being the case i would just start off with a 12 wks of test - e. if you dont want to bulk up as much, lift 10-12 reps of 2-3 sets rather than 4-6 reps of 4-5 sets. the diet looks good in my eyes and i would just stick to 100% whey protein when it comes to weight gainers. keep the board posted on what you do so you can take advantage of the wisdom a few of these guys have. im 19 5"10 and skinny so i can relate bro

    the thing is buddy am about 150 muscle you might be 180 but looking at your pic there loada fat there and your not cut iam you need to loose 15lbs wait thats 165lbs i dont want to be a beast everything am doing is right however i need a quick boost for rugby thats it thats for your advice anyway

    drop the fruit. too much protien drinks. Id leave all the yolks in w/ the eggs. what kind of pasta and rice. sweet potato would be better than brown.
    like to see some macros, if not meal by meal at least a total for the entire day

    I dont think he ment any harm, but what he is saying is on. Although if that is your choice I think you should try to get your protien through more solid foods in order to gain weight. Chicken, fish and lean beaf along with red potatoes or yams and greens. If you can try to keep the shakes to before and after workouts. Test is a great first cycle. I gained 25 lbs my first. Of course some was fat but alot was muscle. I think that was my best. Anyhow, good luck and get your pct in order aswell.

    listen bud no offence but you jump straight without knowing much about me yes and where iam thanks for the advice but alot of ppl dont realise in here that ppl repl on help guidence and dont need any attitude we all start somewhere

    hi i know what his saying is right but am at a differnt place and the way things are said can be bad in here everyine starts somewhere and have quesions thanks for your help the diet i gave was not complete i eat alot of what you say and the sjakes are only 18g on the test ive been told start with twice a week 250mgs per inj and for 10 weeks? also how much of that did you keep when you were on it? am looking ino pct and sides for test and ways to preven them as much as poss

    Probly kept about 10lbs. Could of probly did better but didnt keep up with diet. That was first cycle. Still not bad
