    Cycle ideas

    hi

    am coming to being 20 165 lbs been training for 3 years want to get ready for rugby and want to get a bit bigger not drasticly though maybe something abit mild or low dose iam on a good diet 6 meals a day high cal and protein done alot of research and have decided to get on a steroids just a little help in whats the best to go on and how much also with as little sides as poss or things that will help avoid the sides finally whats the best protein shakes and weight gainers you guys are using i am getting sick of trial and error cause there so expensive also anyone heard of twin labs how good is it there weight gainer has 1800 cals any good

    am about 5 8
    11% body fat
    work out every other day
    one muscle group twice a week with heaviest weights however still doing the lift right 10 reps 3 sets

    yday in breif

    6 egg whites 1 yolk
    protein shake
    fruit
    oats

    fruit
    protein bar

    tuna
    pasta
    salad

    protein shake
    baked pot

    workout

    protein shake

    chicken breast/turkey
    rice
    veg

    protein shake

    thanks about it yday

    you can bring your carbs a bit...didnt see any good fats included...how many grams of protein bro???..you listed the protein but not how much...otherwise I think you're using too many protein shakes...not enuff solid food.

    No protein bars (Crap), too many shakes, you need more meats (fish, chicken, lean ground beef, etc...)

    ye i mentioned it all breif i do have alot of chicken beef nuts seends etc am on about 220 250g protein the shakes are 18g protien per shake i am considering test but unsure on which one been told there no different really test is test run it at twice a week 2 inj at 250mgs each whats sides can i expect and what pct is suitable

    Though test is test some esters require different injection frequencies. Test E or Test C can be shot every 3.5 days but prop,sustanon , and suspension all have much more frequent injections. Also there is a search button to find out about pct. Don`t expect people to spoon feed you all of the information. We are here to help but you need to research some things for yourself.

    You have a diet issue.

    6 egg whites 1 yolk
    protein shake
    fruit
    oats

    fruit
    protein bar

    tuna
    pasta
    salad

    protein shake
    baked pot

    workout

    protein shake

    chicken breast/turkey
    rice
    veg

    protein shake



    dude youre only eating 3 REAL meals a day.

    You need more protein from food, taking 4 shakes a day and gettin 140gms is not the same as 140gms from food!

    1) Youre not eating nearly enough
    2) missing healthy fats ( fish oil, nut oils ect)
    3) you need more complex carbs, i.e. potatoes, lentis, etc...
    4) You aren't weighing your food
    5) 6 smaller meals throughout the day will keep you in a positive nitrogen balance.
    6) 60-100 total from shakes is fine. youre takin too much!

    you need to be trolling the diet section

    You are NOT ready for AAS!

    ive done the research myself am asking for opinions and your ideas go what is wront with you lot give you lot something like a forum and you think your above everyone cause youve been on it a while lol grow up

    Id recommend working on a way to get at least 6 non-shake meals in a day, and while you are doing this just keep reading and reading and reading. In about 6 months time you may find that you are growing more anyhow. You'll be smarter, bigger, and ready to stick needles in your bum.

    Ive only been here for a few months, i dont think im above anyone, as a matter of fact, i think im below a lot of guys. But i did do YEARS of research before doing a cycle and joining this website... Unlike you, who just wants to jump on a cycle cause youre tired of being a sad LITTLE man...

    Your just pissy because im telling you what yo dont wanna hear, which is, you are too small, and need to do more research before trying AAS. You dont know what PCT is, you dont know what kinda cycle to run for a first timer, and you want everyone to give you the answers so you dont have to do anything yourself.

    Its cool dude, youre not gonna last long anyway...

    listen i have done research but there is so much out there saying differnt things and am askng for advice not for you to tell me what to do i want opinions i allready have my own ideas there are ways of putting things across without being horribe about it i have a goal i dont want to be huge i just need something for rugby coming up in 8 weeks for a game i know after i have alot of work to do with the diet iam taking all your advice no need for smart alic comments there is a way of getting things across everyiine starts somewhere and no am not good at spelling and grammer but am asking advice on something totally different there are some pathetic people on this site

    You have to realize that there are about 10-20 new people a day that come to this site and ask the same thing. They say the did there research but when they ask basic questions we realize that they have not done any reseach.

    On this site some of use give other people shit, some of it joking and some of it serious. All I can say is do more research, we are all here to learn.

    U can find anything and everything on this site with the SEARCH BUTTON. Figure out what u would like to do after some research, then post it up and go from there.
