Cycle help
i need some help on the best cycle for me i want to add a bit more mass not a huge amount in very little time though something low dose and with less sides as poss or supps that will prevent sides as much as poss ive done all my research and have made the choice iam almost 20 165 lbs and have been training for 3 years on a very good diet aswell high carb protein and cals.

oh weight gainers and protein any help on those as i am sick of trial and error on them there are just so many out offering 1800 cals per shake

Bro,at 165 thats just not a good enuff base to do a course of compounds bro...you really should get that weight up a bit and build a better base...BUT if you're going to it anyway...go for a single estered testosterone such as Test Enanthate ,,,you can do 500mgs weekly divided in two injects bro...250mgs twice a week...for 10 weeks.

i couldnt see my other thread i have replied to it now thank you! am 5 8" 11% body fat i have been at this weight for a while now increased to 3500 cals so i think it is time as i have rugby coming up to ill look into the test e 250mgs twice a week mondays and thurs any adivce on pct for it

You have a diet issue.
6 egg whites 1 yolk
protein shake
fruit
oats
fruit
protein bar
tuna
pasta
salad
protein shake
baked pot
workout
protein shake
chicken breast/turkey
rice
veg
protein shake
dude youre only eating 3 REAL meals a day.
You need more protein from food, taking 4 shakes a day and gettin 140gms is not the same as 140gms from food!
1) Youre not eating nearly enough
2) missing healthy fats ( fish oil, nut oils ect)
3) you need more complex carbs, i.e. potatoes!
4) You aren't weighing your food
5) 6 smaller meals throughout the day will keep you in a positive nitrogen balance.
6) 60-100 total from shakes is fine. youre takin too much!
you need to be trolling the diet section
You are NOT ready for AAS!

thanks for all the advice just so you know the diet i wrote down was just basic i do eat alot more alot of fish to pots aswell and seeds and nuts to and the shakes are 20g each and i do weigh my food thanks for help anyway ill check for the pct

WELL THEN POST IT UP DUDE!
thats what i said the first time, im telling you, if you do AAS right now with your diet and body the way it is, you will lose most (which will be minimal anyway) if not all your gains after your PCT!
but its your body dude, good luck, youre gonna need it!
