Hello all a newbie on his first cycle, I feel I can finally post.

Just started a cycle 500mg testC and 400mg Equi, just to be sure I dont get the dreaded gyno I am also taking 25mg proviron and 10mg Nolvadex. My PCT will be chlomid and Nolva. Have enough supplies to carry out a 10 week cycle today being day one with a 3 week PCT.

My questions are is my dosages of prov/nolva enough

and should I be taking proviron right up till the end of my PCT or should I leave it after the cycle and just continue with nolvadex.

Also what am I likely to be feeling mentally, will I be able to sleep etc. Pretty sure I am up with my research but just want to hear peoples own experiences as am finally going for it.

Ive ran 50mg PROVIRON AND 20MG Nolva many times with success.
DO NOT RUN the PROVIRON during PCT
