Hi..
I have been training for about 1.5years, and I am 21 years old.
I am looking for a boost, which will give me some definition with a little bit of bulk..
My Stats are as follows:
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 78kg (lbs??)
Body Fat % : Unknown, however i only have abit of flab around my stomach and my pecs.
I want to gain a bit more size, while rip up.
What would you guys recommend please..?
