Anavar info????

hi there i have been looking into anavar tabs and i am getting very confused with different sources telling me differnt things such as it doesnt cause damage to the liver if upto 80mgs a day is taken?? also it can cause weight loss?? aswell as build mass?? the only side effects are you can have vomiting and diariha?? other then that thats it for sides effects just wanted some help clearing it all up from people that have used it also what dose have you used as some say 20mgs a day works others say use 100mgs a day also there is no need for pct just wonderd can it add mass and is there any side effects like hair loss acne or loss of sex drive or test shrinking any help would be great thanks

Females typically use the smaller dosages from 5-20mg per day, from what I have seen a lot of men will use between 60-100mg per day. I never had any of the sides that you listed, as far as liver damage it is the least detrimental oral to the liver. I don't think that you are going to lose weight on anavar.
But then again, I think that there is a lot more research for you to fo and also please give the guys your stats so that they can better assist you

100mg a day is a bit high...
Id stick to somewhere in the range of 60-80mgDaily...

And no, it will no cause weight loss if used correctly...

lol sorry matey just i thought the way stuff was put across wasnt called for but hey its all in the past cheers for the advice ive read people use it before summer to shape up etc iam considering using it for a first go as i dont want anything with loads of sides and i dont want to blow up to quick i had thought of test e 500mgs a week so am doing research on those two at the minute

I would suggest a beginner cycle of Test E @250mg 2xW for 12wks...

I think this should always be a beginner cycle, its easy to see how your body will respond to AAS.

PCT is very important as well bro, make sure to make that a focus point! I cannot stress this enough!

ive read that u want to take 20% of your weight in mg. but basically 40-60 is considered to be fairly safe. it responds different to everyone, some people say theyve gained 10-15 pounds from it, others say 5 or none. sex drive drops on anavar. no acne. testes will shrink but will come back when u do your pct. some say pct isnt needed, but alot of people on here think you should do it just to be safe, cuase when it comes to your health u want to take as many precautions as u can with steroids.

ive also been comparing the sides of anavar and test e the stuff that is written doewsnt say anavar has any at all i just dont want it to stand out that much that am on gear

The best cycle for a beginner, as has been said is 500mg/week test. Have an AI on hand in case of gyno or water bloat. This will help you to not blow up and be too noticable.

I have done 80mg and I have done 100mg a week. Only side that is a real problem is Cholesterol. You will not vomit or get Diarrhea and you definitely wont lose weight. I read a study once where Var is used to treat people with liver issues so its very mild on the liver obviously. As far as mass is concerned its a fairly week steroid IMO so doing Var alone I would expect big mass gains,

do you mean i wouldnt expect big mass gains??? cheers you lot ill continue with the research and figure out which one is the best to start on for me think ill have to dig a bit deeper however i am leaning more towards var as on the face of it it seems to have what i am looking for still confused with people saying it has sides and people saying it doesnt also id rather have leww gains and be un noticed i cant have family seeing am going bold and i have bad skin and acne any protein you guys can tell me about and do those abb belts really help?? i knwo not roid questions but the help would br good cheers
