    Newb lookin for some help...

alright so naturally i'm a bigger guy and always have been. since i'm only 21 i'm not really lookin to take anything to get bigger because through diet, lifting, and some cardio over the years i've been able to lose weight in my teens from 250 lbs to 175lbs. I stopped workin out and didn't start back up until 2 years ago and sit at a good 212lbs but i could really shave off 15-20 lbs. my body is still good to go for puttin on size and strength but i want to get into excellent shape and it be nice to get ripped for once in my life. i've thought about tryin out a cutting cycle, but before i dive in head first i'd like to get some advice from people who are more experienced with this since i've never done it.

Calipers are the most accurate way, or you can have your doctor do it. You can also just Google "body fat calculator".
