time to wait to start new cycle

Yo

How long should you wait before starting a new cycle?
I've done a 10 week cycle of test e + deca , did my pct, and i'm wondering how long i should wait before starting a new one.
Not that i'm in a hurry, juss wanna make sure..!

Yeah right, no hurry! I hear ya, I'm in the same boat

Time on + Pct = time off

Get blood work done if you really want to do it right.

Wait 3-4 months bro. Did you run the deca all 10 weeks? Do a little more research before the next cycle. I hope you recovered alright from your PCT

I'm curious as to what results you got from this cycle.

Me too, i was going to say about 20lb would be about there, but hell, who knows how many mg's he was using.

10 weeks...it takes up to 5 weeks for it to kick in so he wasnt on that long....Not to gain 20lbs unless he bloated up with water.

Thats my average on a test deca run, usually manage a couple of lb a wk, but yes of course theres a lot of water it's test and deca.

Oh i made some really good gains with that yea the difference still shows even tho it's been almost 3 month it's been done.
it was deca 300 btw.
2 cc of test e per week and 2 cc of deca per week for 10 weeks.
